Last 27 April, we had the opportunity to meet Dr Marga Nadal, recently appointed as Director of IDIBGI.

The Girona Women’s Football Club has returned to the field with the same spirit of sportsmanship, strength, and courage.

On Sunday, March 21, we watched the match broadcast on the Esport3 channel, with the team giving their utmost in every minute of the game, this time competing against Zaragoza CFF B, whose effort was evident in their victory.

The amount raised was donated to the Fundació Esclerosi Múltiple, to support people affected by this disease and the research into it.

On February 20, a new and special edition of FIPORC was held. On this occasion, and given the current situation, it was broadcast via live streaming on TV Girona and through the Riudellots Town Council YouTube channel. The event featured the special participation of Marc Ribas, who delighted us with his pork recipes.

Last February, Riudellots de la Selva celebrated the 6th edition of Fiporc, the fair dedicated to the world of the pig that highlights everything surrounding the porcine sector, organizing everything from tastings of dishes with pork as the main ingredient, exhibitions, and workshops, to activities for children.

At FRISELVA, we have collaborated with the fair for another year and, on this occasion, we also did so with La Cuina a Sils by providing our product for the cooks to use in their traditional recipes.

Another edition that has been a complete success!

For the 6th consecutive year, the FRISELVA SCHOLARSHIP competition has been held, in which students from the GIRONA HOSPITALITY SCHOOL offer us their recipes, this time featuring PORK CHEEK.

This year’s edition featured 2 winners:

Sandra Masias, for her more innovative PORK CHEEK recipe.

FRISELVA sponsored the 1st Riudellots Padel Tournament, taking advantage of the FIPORC celebration, a fair where all types of pork products can be tasted among many other activities.

For the first time, FRISELVA SA attended the SMTS trade fair in Japan, together with Interporc. The SUPERMARKET TRADE SHOW took place in Tokyo from February 12 to 14
