SIAL PARIS 2022

本專案的總體目標是從低商業價值的豬器官中提取蛋白質，利用其功能特性與高營養價值，將其作為食品工業的原料。

專案目標如下：

• 優化分離蛋白質組分之技術，同時消除內臟特有的異味。

• 鑑定蛋白質組分之特性：穩定性、化學成分與技術功能。

• 確定形成富含鋅原卟啉 (ZnPP) 萃取物的最佳條件，以將其用作食用色素。

• 應用酶技術、高靜水壓與擠壓技術來改善蛋白質功能，並開發具有營養價值與技術功能的蛋白質質地改良劑，用於肉類產品。

• 開發包含上述成分的肉類產品。

• 確定消費者的接受態度。

本專案由 2014-2020 年加泰隆尼亞農村發展計畫 (PDR) 的 16:01:01 行動（創新合作）資助。

Friselva and Girona FC have reached an agreement to renew and extend the sponsorship started the previous season. The great novelty of this year is the inclusion of the Friselva brand in the back of the jersey of all the women’s teams of Girona FC.

One more year, from Friselva we have collaborated with the Quina de Riudellots de la Selva and this year’s edition has been a success.

The profits collected in the Quina are destined to La Marató of TV3, to the association Som Sostre that helps homeless people, as well as to subsidize different activities that will be carried out in the locality destined for children with economic problems.
