{"id":14121,"date":"2025-04-30T11:25:25","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T11:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/friselva.onviastage.es\/projet-hydroless\/"},"modified":"2026-10-15T07:00:48","modified_gmt":"2026-10-15T07:00:48","slug":"projet-hydroless","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/friselva.com\/fr\/projet-hydroless\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJET HYDROLESS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019eau dans les usines de production gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019intelligence artificielle et des jumeaux num\u00e9riques (Hydroless)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Descriptio<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise Friselva, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Corporaci\u00f3n Alimentar\u00eda Guissona (bon\u00c0rea) et avec la participation de l\u2019inLab FIB de l\u2019UPC en tant que centre technologique, travaille sur le projet de groupe op\u00e9rationnel Hydroless.<\/p>\n<p>La situation actuelle du secteur de l\u2019industrie carn\u00e9e se caract\u00e9rise par plusieurs d\u00e9fis qui incluent, entre autres, la pression sur les ressources hydriques et son impact sur la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale. La consommation d\u2019eau dans les installations du secteur carn\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, en grande partie \u00e0 cause des caract\u00e9ristiques du syst\u00e8me de production actuel. N\u00e9anmoins, l\u2019industrie est la premi\u00e8re int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par une r\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable de cette consommation, mais elle a besoin d\u2019outils efficaces pour y parvenir, tels que les jumeaux num\u00e9riques et l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet d\u00e9finit deux objectifs principaux :<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 D\u2019une part, une solution sera mise en \u0153uvre pour surveiller et optimiser la consommation d\u2019eau utilis\u00e9e lors du processus de production de l\u2019usine de bon\u00c0rea \u00e0 Guissona ;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 D\u2019autre part, un jumeau num\u00e9rique des installations de Friselva situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Riudellots de la Selva sera con\u00e7u et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 afin de permettre la surveillance et l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019alternatives de conception pour l\u2019optimisation et la recirculation de l\u2019eau consomm\u00e9e dans les diff\u00e9rentes salles de transformation incluses dans l\u2019usine num\u00e9ris\u00e9e, et ainsi optimiser la consommation d\u2019eau utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Action du Plan strat\u00e9gique de la PAC 2023-2027 cofinanc\u00e9e par :<\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/friselva.onviastage.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"91\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/friselva.onviastage.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/CoFinancatUE_lateral-300x77-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"77\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/friselva.onviastage.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/generalitat-300x87-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"87\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019eau dans les usines de production gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019intelligence artificielle et des jumeaux num\u00e9riques (Hydroless) Description L\u2019entreprise Friselva, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Corporaci\u00f3n Alimentar\u00eda Guissona (bon\u00c0rea) et avec la participation de l\u2019inLab FIB de l\u2019UPC en tant que centre technologique, travaille sur le projet de groupe op\u00e9rationnel Hydroless.
